This Sunday

Join us at 10.30am on Facebook or YouTube this Sunday morning for our Sunday Service – which for the first time in quite a while will be streamed live from The Oakwood Centre!

Remember that only those who have pre-booked their tickets can attend this week’s service in person. The rest of us will join together online to worship.

This week, Martin Dunkley will bring us the first in a special two part series entitled ‘Turning the Tide’.

Our Sunday Social session will run as normal this week so look out for the Zoom code in your Newsline email and on the screen during the service.

You can find this week’s children’s resources here.

Sundays @ The Oakwood Centre

This will be our first week of broadcasting live from The Oakwood Centre with a reduced capacity congregation in attendance.

We would love to see you at one of our live services so why don’t you click here for more details and to book your seat!

We want to give everyone the opportunity to attend and we therefore ask that you only book to attend one service in the first four weeks. We are going to be increasing attendance week by week, with the possibility of multiple services in the future.

Those of you who are attending this week should have received full details of what to expect when attending our services, though you can also find most of it on our Sundays page. Please read it so that you are fully informed.

We can’t wait to see you!

Hero Explorers

While our dedicated children’s team are making plans for the return of our Children’s work at the Oakwood Centre, it will unfortunately be a few weeks until we are ready to meet together indoors. So in the meantime, we have a plan for an outdoor family adventure!

Join us on Sunday 20th October from 2pm in The Oakwood Centre car park as we journey through the life of Daniel.

Wednesday Prayer

Wednesdays at TVC Church continue to be set aside for prayer and fasting. Our prayer ministry team have been working on ways to support and inspire us as we set aside Wednesdays to seek the Lord.

This week we were able to enjoy our first 7am Wednesday morning prayer via Zoom. The code for this is sent each week via the Tuesday evening prayer email.

Prayer notes will still be published each week, ready for the Wednesday morning, though these will be shorter than they have been in light of the new 7am prayer meeting.

Claire Harrison will continue to lead us in lunchtime prayer at 12.30pm on Facebook.
